Spa Etiquette and FAQ’s
Clients 12 and older can enjoy our spa services. However, a parent must be on property for children ages 12 to 15, and is required to sign a parental waiver. Whenever possible, we schedule a therapist of the same gender for our younger clients.
No special clothing is required; come as you are.
We’re closed on Mondays. We are open10am – 6pm Mon./Fri./Sat. | 10am – 7pm Tue./Wed./Thur. | CLOSED – Sunday
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Gift Cards. (Gift Cards are non-refundable.)
Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and recommend if appropriate.

Massages are known to fight the effects of aging by improving the tone and elasticity of muscles and tissue. Massages provide the positive powers of touch to soothe your mind, body and spirit. They also improve lymphatic circulation, bringing more oxygen to your organs and tissues.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time to complete the spa intake form.
You will be asked to disrobe to your comfort level. Therapists are trained to drape towels and/or sheets over any areas not involved in your treatment. We want to ensure that you feel comfortable and secure during your session.
We advise that you remove all your jewelry before coming to the spa. Callisto is not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings.
Yes, gratuities are not included in our service prices. The industry standard is 15-20% of your total service fee.

Should I tell someone if I have any medical problems, taking prescription medications, disabilities or allergies?
Most definitely! Your therapist needs to know if you have any medical conditions, especially high blood pressure, allergies, or if you’re pregnant. Pregnant women should try to avoid treatments involving heat. Please inform our skin care therapist about any medication you’re taking.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments, since your service provider and services are reserved especially for you.
